At ENYDRO, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada. Please note that shipping to remote locations, including Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Labrador, requires special shipping arrangements and may incur additional fees. Contact us at support@enydro.ca before placing an order if you are located in one of these areas.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Cost: $6 CAD (Free for orders over $45 CAD)
    • Delivery Time: 4-8 business days
  • Express Shipping:
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout
    • Delivery Time: 2-4 business days
  • Priority Shipping:
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout
    • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Enydro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Canada.
