Refund Policy
At ENYDRO, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@enydro.ca. Please note that unless the return is due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@enydro.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly address the issue and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
